This traditional Indian herb has been used for centuries to promote memory, intelligence and concentration. It is believed to support the proper function of the brain and nerves and balance the nervous system while promoting clarity and awareness.
Brahmi is commonly used in a base of sesame oil to create a calming massage oil to soothe the mind and nervous system.
