Psyllium husk powder is the strongest natural dietary fibre for promoting regularity and supporting heart health.  Oatbran has 5g of soluble fibre per 100g, psyllium has 71g!

Unlike many laxatives, psyllium husks are gentle and are not habit forming.  It also sweeps waste and toxins from the colon, preventing them from being reabsorbed back into the bloodstream.
