This honey is pure, raw, unheated honey that has crystalized.  It has been beaten to break down the crystals and creamed into a delicious honey.  Some crystalised honey has traces of multi flora honey in it which, after settling, sometimes separates or discolours it.  Please don't be alarmed, it just needs a good stir.  

Honey is the only food that has no expiry date.  Creamed honey does well being kept in the fridge or a cool place, whereas the sun is a natural way to heat our other honey.

Creamed honey can be used for cooking, baking, flavoring or spreading.
