**whole-wheat pasta: This is one of the few meals where we allowed wheat, we felt that whole-wheat pasta was easier on the stomach than most alternatives. Whole-wheat pasta is way higher in fibre than white pasta and high-fibre makes all the difference (whole wheat pasta is 3 or more times higher in fibre).
